How much can you eat at 10 months out?

I am just curious. Some days I can eat more than others. I know everyone one is different, but can you give me an idea of what and how much you eat if you are around 10 months out? Even if you aren't I am interested in hearing from you, too. It's 2:30pm and so far today I had 1 Hashbrown patty and 2 slices turkey bacon for breakfast at 8am. 1/3 burrito bowl from Chiptole Grill at 12pm (steak, pinto beans, lettuce, tomato, salsa, cheese, and rice, but I was very careful not to eat too much rice. I gave most of the rice to my husband!) I had a few sips of a new protein shake at 2:25p, but I think I am dumping from it now. It tasted pretty good, but now I have a headache, I feel dizzy and kinda sluggish. I only got to drink a few sips so it is now in the freezer. It was 1 scoop unjury, 1 cup water, 1/8 cup whipping cream, 1 tsp splenda, 1 1/2 tsp PB, and ice. Tastes kinda like a Butterfinger. I have had all of these ingredients before, so I am not sure why I feel like this now, but oh well. I plan to eat dinner around 6pm and will probably have 1 baked pork chop and a side of green beans and maybe another protein shake around 8 or 9pm if I am hungry. Does this sound like alot of food? I am 10 months out and I am down from 280 to 165. I am pretty much at goal, but I always worry about gaining and if I am eating too much. I worry about if I have stretched my pouch or if I will stretch it in the near future. Iknow it stretches over time, but I still worry about it. I have my times when I feel like I can eat just about anything, but every now and then I dump. Can't really pinpoint it though. I am still trying to figure it out. Anyway, thanks in advance!
