I am short of a couple of days of 18 weeks post-op and have lost

a total of 76 Lbs. 10 Lbs shy of my 100 mark. Yippee. But what my concern is. Am I losing it to quickly or am I on track. I take my vitamins daily and get a vitamin -B12 shot monthly and My water intake is not all that good. My body cant seem to catch up. My Bones hurt. Ive had plateaus and broke out of them. Am I doing something wrong!
