Can anyone tell me a daily gram amount for carbs?

I have read recently that when you hit a plateau, you need to up the protein and drink water, as well as watch your carbohydrate intake. I know I need a minimum of 57 grams of protein a day, and I need to keep my fat between 20-27 grams a day, but I was wondering if there was a place I could find out how many grams of carbohydate I should be staying under or near per day. Any ideas? Thanks!
