Body Wraps- Has anyone tried body wraps?

There is one of these Body Wrap places coming to our community -- they advertise you can lose 6-30" -- they shrink your fat cells herbally. They say you won't get the inches back unless you gain weight. Does anybody have any first-hand knowledge in this area?
