I'm concerned... Is 150CM Bypass too drastic?

My Dr. informed me that he will be performing the following: Distal RNY with 150cm of the duodenum (basically all) bypassed and a 15cc sized stomach. Is this too drastic? I'm concerned about malabsorption. Also is the stomach size too small? I'm not sure what to compare 15 cubic centimeters to. Any opinions would be appreciated. (BMI 52)
