Seeking Suggestions To Get Off A Plateau

I don't eat much maybe three times a day and it's usually a cottage double in the morning, a sugar-free popsicle with an oz of peanuts in the afternoon, and two or three chicken wings (The small wingetts). I drink crystal lite and diet tea all day. So, please help me. I also know that I haven't got a leak or any problem with my pouch. But, I do still get sick alot. My doc thinks it's from my intestines. So I have to go back to a GI doc again. But I really want to know why I'm not losing any weight.
