Plese help . . . I am five weeks post op today and I am so tired??

I went in for RNY LAP . . . but he hit my spleen and opps I was opened in a hurry! I was also given three pints of blood . .. I am just so tired! My muscles hurt too! Help!! The good news is I lost 40 lbs! Thanks to all for your support! Michele :)
