A GOOD calorie INTAKE PER DAY AT 6 MONTHS OUT
IM 6 MONTHS OUT AND STILLLOOSING WEIGHT AND HAVE LOST ALREADY 121LBS, BUT I GET WORRIED THAT I EAT TOO MUCH. I PRETTY MUCH EAT THE SAME THING EVERYDAY AND TRY NOT TO TRY NEW THINGS DUE TO IF IT AINT BROKE DONT FIX IT. I HAVE MY VITAMINS WHEN I WAKE UP, THEN HAVE A SHAKE BY 730 AM THEN AROUND 9 AM I HAVE EITHER A LITE STRING CHEESE OR 1/2 CUP FRUIT, THE AROUND 12 ILL HAVE LUNCH CONSISTING OF MAYBE A HALF OF SANDWICH, OF A BONELESS CHICKEN PATTY W/CHEESE NO BREAD OR HALF THE BREAD FROM WENDYS. THEN AROUND 230 OR 3PM ILL HAVE A HAND FULL OF PEANUTS THE AROUND 5PM ILL HAVE MORE CHICKEN OR PORK OR FISH AND VIGGIES. THEN AROUND 8 ILL HAVE A SUGARFREE ICECREAM BAR. I NEVER ADDED UP WHAT IM EATING BUT ITS GOING OK FOR NOW. IS THIS TOO MUCH? SO MY QUESTION IS WHAT A GOOD NUMBER OF CALORIES PER DAY?
