What should we be eating?

I am at 8 mths. I started out at 215 lbs. and had an open RNY on 3/18/02. I have lost 65 lbs. in 5.5 mths. but for the last .5 mth. I have not lost anything. I walk 2.54 to 3 miles 4 X a week and do weight training 3 X's a week. I eat 4 oz. 4 X's a day with the majority of food being protein. My concern is that I have stretched my pouch or that I'm eating the wrong combination of foods. My doctor has still not give me specifics on what %'s or calories, etc. that I should be eating. I get really confused. Does anyone know where I should be at?
