does anyone know if you have all the criteria plus more except not sure about proving the dieting with the dr. even though i have dieted all my life not necessarily with dr most people after all these years know how to diet with out dr. who knew that you would ever have to prove this to anyone i have been on every diet out there. but once you are diabetic you follow the diet sheet the dr gives you. b.b. my email is bbrown48030@comcast,net if you prefer to do that thanks so much everyone
