anyone have a marginal gastric ulcer post op?

i am 4 yrs post op roux-n-y bypass. i did very well, losing 110 lbs. this past friday, i was hospitalized for what turned out to be a bleeding marginal ulcer. it developed at a suture site. apparently this is known to happen to bypass patients. i required blood transfusions and now need to be on medication to heal the ulcer. has anyone had this or know of someone that had this? how common is this?
