Vain question!

I seem to have developed these puffy areas under my eyes. (Maybe they were always there and the chubby face just hid them!!) Take a look at the picture I uploaded today...you''ll know what I am talking about. Has anybody else had this happen or know if any of the many creams out there actually work? Any home remedies? I am seeing lots of extra skin these days, and I know and accept that it comes with the territory (rather have that then the junk that filled it before!), but I'd like to try and keep it off my face if I can!!!! Please let me know if you have any ideas/suggestions. Thanks!
