4 weeks out and have stopped losing weight can you give advice?

I had bypass on 2/12/09, I have lost 31 lbs and 2 weeks ago just stopped losing. I have had some issues with eating to fast or too much and have thrown up but still no weight loss. I am convinced that I messed up my pouch and feel like I do not have all the knowledge I need to succeed. HELP!
