SURGEON CHARGING 100.00 TO FILE APPEAL>>>>>

Has anyone heard of this..... my surgeons office in Denver,CO (Dr. Michael Snyder) is charging 100.00 to file an appeal to my insurance co. Please e-mail or call if this doesn't sound right. I really like the Dr. but am very dissatisfied with his office staff!! [email protected] 303-598-9191
