Can somebody help explain to me the ROSE procedure & its success rate?

I had open RNY in 1/2002. Pre-op weight 259, lowest weight 145, current weight 186. I am seriously considering having this procedure done but it is not covered by insurance ever and I would be paying $13,000 approximately to have it done. While I am desperate for a second chance, I am hesitant to try it without hearing somebody's success story (or otherwise). Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks...I am new to this site and anxious for feedback! :)
