Does the double chin skin shrink back?

I guess I am considered a 'lightweight' with one of the lower qualifying BMI's, but I have a super-size neck with no chin. I am an apple. So I was curious to what happens to the big neck after weight loss, is there saggy skin? I have not seen anything on this topic or anyone mentioning a "neck lift".
