How do I get an OH Century Club card on my profile?

I've seen them on a couple of people's profiles, and would love to have one and be able to tell others how to get their's when they hit that wonderful milestone. Even some of our long-time post-ops weren't able to tell me how to get one, and don't have one either. Thank you! Lizzie B, MI
