Post-op Panniculectomy 6 weeks, I am returning to work I need help...

I continue to have leakage of fluid at my incision and exit sites. Also through the top of my right leg (incision site). I have used various dressings and even maxi-pads. But I can't seem to get the magic dressing to control my leakage. I don't want to leave work everyday due to wet clothes. Anyone have any suggestions that worked good for them? Thanks so much.
