how many calories are you consuming?

I had my surgery on November 1, 2010 and I left the hospital weighing 225 and on 7 December I weighed 189.9. But since then I have been stagnant and lost the same pound over and over again. I am just curious, how does everyone get in their 80 grams of protein a day and not go over 700 calories doing it? I am really trying to be careful, and i'm not eating any solid meat protein except a little tuna. I rely primarily on shakes and protien bars. Someone throw me a bone here and help me plan an easy starter diet I can stick to!
