What could this pain be?

When i woke up from surgery i only remember pain in my back. About a week after surgery i developed right sided, flank pain which has continued til now at 4 weeks postop. It is intermittant during the day, none at night. When it happens it is so severe it takes my breath away and the only thing that helps is prescription pain meds. I have seen my pcp and he did labs which were normal, the urinalysis was questionable so i am on antibiotics. But the pain is still there. I am so worried. It is very localized in one spot. Any ideas? I am calling the surgeon today, too. other than that my recuperation from surgery has been excellent.
