that has experience with PLATEAUS. Please write me at [email protected] I had surgery on oct, 7, was 260 5 ft 4 in. 9 weeks later, lost 40, haven't moved the scales in 3 weeks. Drinking 60 grams of protein supplement(90 calories, 0 carbs, etc) it is nectar with water, drinking my 64 ounces and eating almost nothing. am walking between a mile and half and 2 miles a day( been doing this for about 10 days). ANYBODY please write me so that I can have your e-mail address because the web site keeps showing errors where I can't write anyone that has responded to my question on the site.I just feel like I am going so slow. How will I even lose 5 pounds this month if the scales hasn't moved in 3 weeks?? thanks, kim
