What do you mix the protien powder with?

ok, another protien drink question...........If you can't have caffene (sic), sugar, milk, carbonation or natural sugar fruit drinks, what are you supposed to mix the protien powder with? oh, I forgot to mention I hate the taste of aspertine. I am counting on my AMOS buddies to help me out with this. I am scheduled for Lap RNY on Aug 22nd. Hugs and God's blessings on all
