can it shrink back?

im 1 yr post rny and i think my stomach may have stretched... I noticed that i can eat a lot more then i did a year ago plus i havent lost a pound in 2 months!! this is very discouraging :-( im asking for a gym membership for christmas but how do i make my stomach smaller again?? i want to feel full fast like before!!!
