not losing weight

I had gast bypass 1yr and 4 months I was size 24 now in a size 14 thank God. But for some reason I can't seem to get under 180 pounds everyone said I should be down to 150. What should I do to get the weight off, now don't get me wrong I love that way I look and love the way my clothes look, don't what to look sick. Help!!!!
