How often do you exercise now that you're at goal?

I'm at my goal weight and did so by exercising at least 4-5 days a week with cardio first then weight lifting every other day. Now that I'm at goal, I decided to place more emphasis on weight lifting. Anyway, what are YOU doing now that you're at goal? I think exercise is an important and integral part of this but I want to make sure I'm doing it smartly (is that a word?). Thanks in advance for your help!
