How much weight can you really lose with the bariatric surgery

I had my surgery done on 12/1/2009, my initial weight was 303 pounds at a height of 5"6, i have lost a total of 78 pounds since. Is it possible to reach my goal weight of 155. Lately I have have been hitting the worse platue and can't seem lose the 70 more pounds needed. Help i am getting more and more discouraged. How much weight can one realistically lose with the fobi pouch??
