Maintaining weight after 1year post op

I had RNY done 11/26/07, was 338llbs when I started the program. When I went into surgery I was 309llbs, I weighed 179llbs at my 1 year check up,I was at a 8 week plateau of that weight~ I told the doc that I wanted to get down to 140llbs, he told me that he didn't want me to loose much more and getting down to that 140lb mark may put me in danger of my body going into a malnutrtion/starvation mode,he told me that I am healthy and I look good and myBMI is right where it should be I am 5'2 Well, I was happy with what he said, I lost 159lbs since I started the program and lost 130lb 1 year after surgery, but now I started to loose weight again, I really haven't been eating any different than before I plateaued, so as of today I am at 160lbs, I have called the dietician, she has given me some pointers,ex- back off on protein and I do need to eat more carbs so I am hungry more often) but does anyone out there have any other suggestions? ideas? or does anyone else have this problem too? I don't want to get into trouble with malnutrition/starvation! Thanks! Lisa
