Almost 7 months after surgery and weight loss stuck

Its almost 7 months since my Lapband surgery and I've lost about 32 lbs. Its been coming off very very slowly, which my doctors say is good. (I also was just about 100 lbs over weight when I had the surgery) But I have been stuck at this weight for a few months now and not budging. I went for a band tightening and actually they put it too tight because it hurt even for yogurt to go down. So they took a little out but I haven't lost any more weight since then and this was back in March. I'm scared to get another tightening because it was too tight last time. Is it supposed to be that tight where you feel, for example the yogurt going down?? Not sure.....I appreciate any advice. Thank you!
