Is there a table used by all surgeons as to how much is bypassed

for the 3 different lengths? My Dr told me he bypassed me 150cm and said that was Distal...I read on the message board that 100cm is proximal and 200cm is distal...does that mean I am really medial? Just wondering...I like to know what's going on LOL
