Does anyone know the BEST or RIGHT time of day to weigh yourself?

I weigh myself daily to keep myself in check. However, I work all night from 7p to 7a and when I weigh before I go to sleep the scale says 152. By the time I've slept 8 hours and wake up to shower and start my night again, I'm 2 to 3 pounds less. So I never know what my actual or correct weight is. I keep a journal of the foods I eat throughout the day and my daily weight in regards to those foods. I understand fluid shifts and circulation in the body - just wondering what time of day to believe - Mornings or Evenings. I'm dying to know the answer to this question or your experiences with measuring your weight. (and Yes. I weigh myself in the buff - God forbid I'm 1/2# more because of my clothes and shoes! LOL!)
