I am 11 days post op and still having trouble with protein. How much damage
have I done to myself so far. I am a few grams shy of my protein on a daily basis and afraid that I am hurting myself by not getting enough protein in. I am so afraid. Has anyone tried the Special K protein water. Is that any good and how much protein does that have. Is it worth trying? I have not found a powder that I can stomach. Knowing that I have to add that is keeping me from wanting to eat, so I don't know what is worse. Please help...
