Very concerned abut my obesity

I am 21 yrs old and extremely obese.I have adegree in early childcare and work in that field. I have no health ins., but must do something.I am single and cannot afford ins.Can you give me organizations or some one that can guide me to financial help for the surgery? Heather Covert
