HIGH FIBER DIET NEED HELP PLEASE!!!!!

Just had surgery on Monday September 11th 2006- I was in the hospital a total of 5 days- I had hemmorhoid surgery. The doctor wants me on a high fiber diet and I need help- what are some good high fiber products I can eat or drink. Please help I just want to feel normal again- I had my gastric bypass on July 6th 2006- down 46lbs- hopefully I will be able to enjoy the weight loss when I get back to normal.
