stomach pain can't eat or drink any thing

i got pinched nerve and had to use a pain patch, can't take ANY pain pill they make me really sick. but the patch is worse i have been vomiting for 3 days. i took the patch off after the frist day .my back is getting better, but my stomach really hurts bad .iam afraid to eat anything , could i have hurt something inside or is it that sore from vomiting so much. i did for hours and hours. i am 9 weekks out from gasric bypass. thank you,dar
