I am 79 days post op, and only down 43lbs. This seems like such a small amount.

I have read many other posts, and I feel like I should be at least 20lbs. less than where I am at. I get in my water, protein, etc. I just haven't started exercising much. Could that be holding me back? I'm sorry, but I HATE EXERCISING!!! I mean really...If I liked it...I probably would be where I am today. I have been at this same weight (265) since before Christmas. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
