Has anyone had Humana approve brachioplasty/thighplasty/mastopexy?

I know that they will approve abdominoplasty, but I haven't found anyone who has had the above approved. I meet the criteria for the procedures to be reconstructive, not cosmetic. I am almost 18 months post-op and I have lost 155 lbs. I have about 80 lbs to lose before I will consider reconstructive surgery, but I want to get all the appeals and such out of the way first. Thanks in advance for any info you can give.
