Aside from the question 'does size matter' - does size 'change'?

Could anybody share with me whether there is the perception that for a guy, after he loses much of his weight, his 'manhood' appears to be bigger. For me, the fleshy area in my pubic area causes me to appear pretty short. When depressed, it helps reposition things. I wonder if the weight loss will cause this fleshy area to reduce and make things look more interesting there. Weird question, but it is one of the many self conscious things that an overweight male, or at least me, have gone thru in this life. Thanks for your understanding...
