My weight will not go down. I lost 80 pounds and now nothing. Help!!!!

I had alot of problems with my esophagus closing over. The last they stretched it to 18mm. They checked it two weeks later and it was down to 16mm. I have not been the same since they stretched it out the last time. I have also been under alot of stress. I have been stuck for about four weeks. Has it stopped working for me? Is there anything I should do to get it moving again?
