Does anyone recommend Lindora's Lean for Life to Break a Plateau?

I am 8 months postop, have lost about 125 pounds and still have at least 70 or 80 more to even reach a decent weight of 150 pounds. In other words, I am still MO. I am at a terrible plateau and my weight won't budge. I am thinking of going on Lindora's Lean for Life Plan to jumpstart the weight. Anyone have any experience with this program? I am not paying their fees, just doing the workbook on my own and trying to walk 10,000 steps a day with a pedometer. Do you think it will work for me to break this plateau?
