During the days after surgery, will I be hungry?

Surgery is scheduled for May 20th. After I wake up, and make it thru a few days in the hospital, will I return home and be seriously hungry? Or will hunger be the last of my problems? Appreciate your comments during the last few days before... Thanks, Lynn
