Am I through losing?

I am now 10 mo. out and it has been a month since I have been to the Dr. for a weigh in. I weighed at home last week and showed to have lost another 7 lbs. since then, but then I weighed yesterday at home and I am back up 4 lbs. What is going on? I have lost around the 100 lb. mark, but now I seem to be back up. What can I do? I guess I just need some encouragement. I don't get the water, protein, and exercise like I am supposed to do, so if I do this, will the losing pick back up? My goal is to lose 150 lbs. and I am barely doing the 100 lb. mark. I also seem to crave sugar more, what is that all about?
