Perhaps we can use the reminder... Contribution Guidelines Do you have a question, answer, or other comment to contribute? Our community thrives on the contributions of peers. If you have something to submit for con- sideration, we'd love to review it. If we accept your contribution, it may often appear within a matter of hours. While a high percentage of posts may sometimes be accepted, this is a not an open discussion board for the public. Rather, it is a highly specific collection of some -- but not all -- supportive and/or informational contributions submitted for consideration for public posting. Certain types of posts are not likely to be considered for inclusion. These include: - posts that promote, draw attention to, or may incite controversy - posts that malign, vilify, defame, abuse, harass, or threaten others - posts that advocate violence against or harassment of groups or particular individuals - posts that contain expressions of malevolent disrespect toward others on the basis of age, disability, gender, nationality, race, religion, or sexual orientation - posts that contain aggressive, repeated, or unwanted attempts to convert someone's religious beliefs - posts that promote illegal activity or discuss illegal activities with the intent to commit them - posts that solicit or promote the use of an illegal substance - posts that contain copyrighted material, or consist substantially of material that has been copied from another publication - posts that advertise or contain any form of commercial solicitation, including URLs or hyperlinks - posts that disrupt a discussion - posts that are off-topic - posts in violation of rules and guidelines posted for a specific message board - posts that are substantially repeated in more than one discussion or board - posts that contain personal information such as phone numbers and addresses - posts that contain information, images, or language that may be considered vulgar, obscene, or indecent - posts that are visually distracting or disruptive - posts or other material that contain a virus or other harmful component - posts that substantially inhibit the ability of others to use and enjoy this website - posts that impersonate Obesityhelp.com members, employees, or moderators In addition: Unless you requested your post be considered anonymous, we have the right to reprint from ObesityHelp.com discussions any post or portion of a post (along with the name of the ObesityHelp.com member who posted it) somewhere else on the site or in other medium.
