WLS Friendly PCP in Indianapolis

Hi. I'm looking for a WLS friendly PCP in the Indianapolis (East side preferably) area that is also great at dealing with insurance companies. The insurance that I have has a written exclusion, but I was just told that because of the law that was enacted last year, they have to abide by the law and go around their own exclusion. So, I'm ready to get this ball rolling!!! :) Anyone with any ideas?
