Has anyone been denied by Aetna US Healthcare Managed Choice

I was denied for surgery by Aetna US Healthcare Managed Choice because I did not send them any medical records for doctor supervised diets. I have been on two supervised diets and will send them the information they requested. I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else and they were approved after submitting the medical records for the supervised diets.
