Where do you work that insurance covered your surgery? From MICHIGAN...

I am in the process of fighting an employer exclusion in order to have WLS. The hospital I worked for covered the surgery until a MEMO was issued on 3/27 stating they would no longer cover it. I am wondering where those of you who live in Michigan or Northern Indiana (South Bend area) work in order to have insurance that covers the surgery. I am willing to switch jobs in order to find insurance to cover this. Any information is appreciated! Thanks!
