2yrs Postop, gained weight, cant seem to lose it.. HELP!

Hi everyone. I was wondering if you all can help me understand something..
I'm 2 years next month postop RNY. I've recently regained 10 pounds in a very short period of time. I didnt realize the weight gain until my pants were TIGHT! So I've been counting every calorie I eat for two weeks, making sure I eat a ton of protein. I've upped my water intake, and have stayed very active for that time. I havent lost a pound! Not one. Then I remembered the whole measuring thing with inch loss. So I did that (but have nothing to compare that too).. so I put on those same jeans that were TIGHT, and they seemed tighter!!
Am I losing my mind here? I eat and drink right, I do an hour of fast walking/jogging a day plus crunches, pushups, etc. Shouldnt I show a weight reduction by now, or inch loss? I havent even lost water weight!! ANy suggestions as to what may be going on, and what to do?? I'm terrified of regaining it all back! Thanks, Annie
