Does anyone have sporadic pain where the filter was placed in the groin?

I am wondering if it is possible for me to feel the filter. I am six weeks post op. When I walk, or breathe deeply, it seems that I can feel the actual filter in my vein. Is this possible? I have been having pain in the same area that they placed it. I can't think of what else could be causing it. Thanks, Junith
