Has anyone with United Healthcare EPO had immediate approval?

Because I hear that so often that some get approved within 24-48 hrs and I have been waiting for 3 days now and I am starting to get worried. Also if Wls is an exclusion does the ins co. tell you right away? Thanks in advance....
