Can pre-op use clothing exchange?

I am in desperate need of a winter coat(Sz. 22/24)I think the "EXCHANGE" is for only Post-op, I will be using this site to list my undergrown clothes in the future as well as my Mom's pre-op clothes(sz.26-32) I am currently waiting for surgery and can't afford to buy a coat for the winter(been out of work for last year with back problems),especially since I won't need it next winter!!(SMILES) Can someone let me know if it is appropriate to receive clothes through the exchange while I am still pre-op?? I will gladly return/list clothes in the near future!!! Thanks!
