I am at 10 weeks post op and have been on a plateau since I started going to the gym

3 weeks ago. I'm concerned that I'm eating too much or the wrong things. an average day is 1 to 2 pc of a lite canned fruit, 1/2 to 1 cup of some kind of veggie usualt zuccini, 6 oz of some kind of meat usualy a lean ground beef and 1 to 2 oz of some kind of cheese. I have lost 52 lbs so far.
